John S. Graham, III, MBA, Owner and CEO of GFD Developers, LLC, is the son of a Master Plumber, nephew of a Master Electrician and grandson of a General Contractor. Building and renovating houses has been our family business…it’s in our blood. As a result, John has been renovating, flipping and holding property since 1990. In 1996, he stopped focusing solely on acquiring property and began a career as a Director with the Federal government. In 2020, John re-entered the market, flipping and renovating properties throughout MD and Virginia. GFD now holds over $5.5M in properties with an average LTV under 45%.
GFD Developers focuses on buying below market, distressed, A & B class properties where we can leverage our fully owned Home Services company to complete all renovations, at an extremely low cost. This has allowed GFD to achieve profit margins in the 50-80% range.
